We typically reply within a few business days. Please include the domain you were testing and any output that looked wrong — that almost always unblocks debugging.
What's useful to include
- Bug reports: the URL you were on, the domain you submitted, the record type, and what you expected vs. what you saw.
- Feature requests: a short description of the use case. We're more likely to build something we understand the "why" of.
- Email-security questions: please paste the full SPF or DMARC record (no need to redact — it's public DNS) so we can give specific advice.
- Press / partnership: a one-line summary and a link to who you are.
What we can't help with
DNS Export is a diagnostic tool. We can't update your DNS for you, recover a hijacked domain, or contact your registrar on your behalf. For those, please reach out to your domain registrar or DNS provider directly.
Status & downtime
The site is statically deployed and rarely down. If a lookup hangs, it's almost always an upstream DoH provider — switch resolvers via the Propagation tab to confirm.
